BONAROS (15:38): Supplementary: while in opposition, did the minister ever say to any medical practitioner that the only reason—the only reason—that this hospital was being built on that site, in the way that the Liberal Party has proposed, was to differentiate itself from the Labor government's policy at the time?

The PRESIDENT: Yet again, I am not sure that that came out of the original answer, but I will let the minister answer it when he can be heard.
