He told the chamber on Tuesday that those two gentlemen would definitely be consultants and not public sector employees. He has come back today with a completely different answer to say that they will be public sector employees.

The Hon. K.J. MAHER: How will they not have access to patient files if they are public sector employees? How does he rule that out?
