MAHER (Leader of the Opposition) (15:20): On the basis that the opposition is satisfied that the minister has learnt his lesson not to take this chamber for granted and will probably find it much more difficult negotiating with the opposition or crossbench on legislation, I wish to inform the chamber that at this time the opposition will not be proceeding with this motion.
