The Hon. S.G. WADE (Minister for Health and Wellbeing) (14:36): The honourable member's question is not even consistent with her original one. As she rightly said in her first question, I have committed that there will be a program in place before 1 July 2019, which is better than what the member for Croydon said before the election.
