LUCAS (15:12): Supplementary question arising out of the minister's answer: is the minister now indicating that he did or did not have, as he said yesterday—he was informed by the minister in another place that applications are open immediately. Is he indicating that he did or did not have a conversation with minister Hamilton-Smith, as he said yesterday on the Hansard record?
