Illegal Tobacco Stores

Ms PRATT (Frome) (14:25): My question is to the Minister for Arts. Has the minister made any closure orders with respect to illegal tobacco shops and, if so, how many?

It is probably in my capacity as Minister for Consumer and Business Affairs, but as the member may or may not be aware, the legislation that provides for closure orders was only recently passed by parliament with an expected start time in mid-December and has not actually received royal assent yet.
