KOUTSANTONIS (West Torrens—Minister for Infrastructure and Transport, Minister for Energy and Mining): I am advised that the operating parameters for the facilities continue to be refined with project partners through the early contractor involvement phase. It would not be appropriate to comment on specifics whilst there is an active procurement process underway.
