Child Protection Department

Mr TEAGUE (Heysen) (16:54): My question is to the Minister for Child Protection. Is the Deputy Chief Executive of the Department for Child Protection, Adam Reilly, at work today and, if not, why not?

HILDYARD (Reynell—Minister for Child Protection, Minister for Women and the Prevention of Domestic, Family and Sexual Violence, Minister for Recreation, Sport and Racing) (16:54): As the member knows, I think, responsibility for staffing lies with chief executives of departments. This question was asked in a Budget and Finance Committee I think a few weeks ago. The deputy chief executive is currently on leave.
