KOUTSANTONIS (West Torrens—Treasurer, Minister for Finance, Minister for State Development, Minister for Mineral Resources and Energy) (14:51): I don't know what Treasury spent investigating the preparation for the incoming Blue Book, had you been successful at the last election. Every four years, during that beautiful period that Treasury love so much—the caretaker period—

They make assumptions about what they think certain political parties will or won't do and no doubt, given the history of members opposite, as we speak, somewhere they are planning to see—if they are successful—
