KOUTSANTONIS (West Torrens—Treasurer, Minister for Finance, Minister for State Development, Minister for Mineral Resources and Energy) (14:49): I have to check with Crown to make sure that there aren't any legal requirements to maintain confidentiality, remembering that there is a competitive process now in place in the Victorian Lands Titles Office, which is one of the reasons we received such a significant offer for our Lands Titles Office, so I will check to see what provisions are in place. I am more than happy to be as transparent as possible, but where there are confidential aspects of the sale process, then we must honour those.
