Ms CHAPMAN: How can the Northgate facility, which doesn't have these, satisfy the Groves recommendation?

VLAHOS (Taylor—Minister for Disabilities, Minister for Mental Health and Substance Abuse) (14:44): The transition model of care and the full implementation of the six Oakden review recommendations are part of the scope of the transition committee that I have spoken about today numerous times in the chamber. The Chief Psychiatrist will of course be involved in that ongoing piece of work.
