Ms CHAPMAN (Bragg—Deputy Leader of the Opposition) (14:41): Supplementary, to the Minister for Police: does the minister think that the Victorian decision to invest $49.4 million to hire 88 counterterrorism specialists and to make provision for equipment supporting counter-terrorism is a good idea?
