O-Bahn Tunnel
Ms CHAPMAN (Bragg—Deputy Leader of the Opposition) (15:09): I have a question for the Minister for Transport and Infrastructure. Could the minister advise the house whether works have started on the O-Bahn project before it has been considered by the Public Works Committee? MULLIGHAN (Lee—Minister for Transport and Infrastructure, Minister Assisting the Minister for Planning, Minister Assisting the Minister for Housing and Urban Development) (15:10): As to the dozens of trucks lined up down Hackney Road, that is, of course, one of the reasons for the O-Bahn project; to provide more road pavement surface and an increase to the road area for all vehicles, cars and trucks, let alone the many hundreds of buses that use that route in the morning. Ms Chapman interjecting:

The Hon. S.C. MULLIGHAN: I know that we are in trouble when the leader is bellowing out across the chamber again in a desperate attempt for attention, Mr Speaker.
Members interjecting:
The SPEAKER: The member for Stuart is called to order.
The Hon. S.C. MULLIGHAN: I am more than happy to take it on notice.
