The Hon. I.K. HUNTER (Minister for Communities and Social Inclusion, Minister for Social Housing, Minister for Disabilities, Minister for Youth, Minister for Volunteers): I am advised:

1. There are 44,000 copies of Customer Chat produced twice a year, in June and December.

2. The Customer Chat newsletter is distributed via Australia Post to Housing SA tenants. The newsletter is available online (MP3 format and PDF) via Housing SA's website and via email upon customer request. It is also available in alternative format (CD or cassette) for visually impaired customers.

3. The most recent total annual cost of this publication was $81,036.84 ($0.92 per copy). This includes production, editorial content, distribution and providing alternative formats.
