The Hon. C.M. SCRIVEN (Minister for Primary Industries and Regional Development, Minister for Forest Industries) (14:29): I am happy to do that, although I do find it quite surprising that those opposite seem to be suggesting that this is not a good investment of funds. The harmful algal bloom is of deep concern to people across South Australia—

SCRIVEN: —both in our coastal communities as well as in terms of our fishing and aquaculture industries, so I would have thought that any additional expertise, in this case for someone to come and actually attend in person to discuss the sorts of measures that he has been involved in trialling or investigating, would be an excellent use of funds.
