SCRIVEN (Minister for Primary Industries and Regional Development, Minister for Forest Industries) (15:06): What we won't be doing is adding more red tape, which is what the member seems to be suggesting. What we want to do is focus on getting that assistance out to farmers, making sure that the assistance is rolled out as swiftly as is possible, and obviously the usual reporting measures will occur.
