The Hon. R.I. LUCAS (Treasurer) (15:19): Again, the useful information in relation to me will not be that, Mr President. In relation to the commissioner's report, what position he or the Attorney-General adopts in relation to what information is made available will be a judgement call in the first instance for the commissioner and then for the Attorney-General. I am not in a position to give undertakings or guarantees on behalf of the commissioner on that particular issue at this particular stage.
