FRANKS (15:07): Supplementary: does SafeWork SA have actual jurisdiction for the Adelaide Crows, PCBU, rather than Collective Mind, as SafeWork SA was referred to as the Queensland organisation? Clearly, the PCBU in this case is the South Australian Adelaide Crows. Will the minister clarify whether or not SafeWork SA has jurisdiction over that PCBU?
