Liberal Party Code of Conduct

The Hon. J.E. HANSON (16:32): A further supplementary arising from the answer: therefore, does the South Australian branch of the Liberal Party have its own separate code of conduct which applies currently to the South Australian members?

The Hon. R.I. LUCAS (Treasurer) (16:33): The state executive of the Liberal Party of South Australia separately has recently endorsed, as I understand it, a code of conduct which is similar but not the same as the federal one. I would have to take advice on this; again, I am not responsible for the organisational issues. Again, my understanding is, if it's modelled on the federal one, it doesn't relate to member of parliament to member of parliament complaints.
