HANSON (15:13): Further supplementary to this extensive answer we are getting out of the minister, which is fantastic: the minister mentioned in his answer he is aiming to decentralise the health system. How, then, can he justify increasing the number of spin doctors or communications specialists he is going to employ if he wants to decentralise the health system?
