HANSON (15:01): Supplementary: is the minister aware of whether any expiation notices have been issued or prosecutions commenced under the e-cigarette laws since their commencement, and has the minister received any reports of tobacco or nicotine being sold under the counter, to coin a phrase, at e-cigarette operators, or does he believe that is happening?
