Mental Health Commission
The Hon. K.J. MAHER (Leader of the Opposition) (14:51): A supplementary arising from the original answer: when was the decision made to replace a full-time commissioner and two part-time commissioners with three part-time commissioners, and why didn't the minister correct the record at the first available opportunity so that it is not standing that he misled parliament when he said a full-time commissioner?
The Hon. S.G. WADE (Minister for Health and Wellbeing) (14:51): I stand by my previous answer, which is that the initial preference was for one full time and two part time. I would also remind the house, for those who didn't actually hear the first answer, that the government may yet appoint a full-time commissioner.
