The Hon. K.J. Maher interjecting:
The PRESIDENT: Order!
The Hon. S.G. WADE: Supplementary question: what is the annual budget for the sand movement program and will the estimated cost of the use of trucks and excavators in the 2017 winter come within that budget?
The Hon. I.K. HUNTER (Minister for Sustainability, Environment and Conservation, Minister for Water and the River Murray, Minister for Climate Change) (14:36): I can't give the honourable member advice about the last financial year, but I can tell him, as I just did in my answer, that the operational cost of implementing Adelaide's Living Beaches strategy is in the order of $5.8Â million per year. This includes the cost of pumping and trucking sand, dredging at Glenelg and West Beach Harbour and associated costs. That is the advice that I gave in my original answer and I am happy to repeat it now.
