The Hon. S.G. WADE (14:53): I was hoping to clarify whether the minister's decision not to share further at this stage is as a result of legal issues or whether the issues are matters other than legal issues.

HUNTER (Minister for Sustainability, Environment and Conservation, Minister for Water and the River Murray, Minister for Aboriginal Affairs and Reconciliation) (14:54): I think I indicated that I am having regular meetings with the Ngarrindjeri Regional Authority. It is not appropriate for me at this stage to discuss more broadly what we discuss in those formal meetings.
