HOLLOWAY (Minister for Mineral Resources Development, Minister for Urban Development and Planning, Minister for Small Business) (15:07): As I said, the legislation is less than six months old. I indicated that we would be looking at the effectiveness of it. Normally, you would do these sorts of things over a period such as 12 months, and we still have a way to go, but certainly when I have any information available I will be happy to share it.
