In Budget Paper 4, Volume 2, page 60—Dot point three under targets for 2023-24 states that a review will be undertaken of policies and procedures to facilitate the recruitment and retention of a more diverse workforce. Does the MFS have a staff retention issue and if so, have reasons been identified for this?

The MFS does not have a 'staff retention issue'.
