WINGARD (Gibson—Minister for Police, Emergency Services and Correctional Services, Minister for Recreation, Sport and Racing): As at 1 August 2019 there have been zero incidents involving injuries to staff or prisoners that are attributable (wholly or partly) to the smoking ban in prisons.
