Does the Attorney-General agree with the evidence given by the Director of Public Prosecutions, Mr Adam Kimber QC, that the use of government resources for personal legal matters by government-employed lawyers could be the subject of disciplinary proceedings?

The Hon. V.A. CHAPMAN (Bragg—Deputy Premier, Attorney-General) (14:57): Yes, I think the DPP may well be right. I don't recall the context in which he has made that statement but, in a vacuum, I don't think I can add any other useful information for the member.
