GARDNER (Morialta—Minister for Education) (14:09): To be clear, it was a cabinet process, but if it helps the member I can advise that the first independent demographic modelling was received very much towards the end of last year—I think late November or early December. Indeed, regarding the cabinet process, the member is aware of the nature of those determinations.
