The Hon. V.A. CHAPMAN: I want to say, with joy in my heart, that we receive this bill back. There have been five amendments in the Legislative Council, which will essentially extend the limitation of actions reforms to serious physical abuse, as well as child sexual abuse, and psychological abuse in relation to sexual abuse and serious physical abuse. We are thrilled that we have had support in the Legislative Council for this bill. These amendments will expand it even further, so it is with pleasure that we accept the same. I move:
That the Legislative Council's amendments be agreed to.
Motion carried.
