HIV Services
Mr PICTON (Kaurna) (14:18): Thank you, Mr Speaker. My question is to the Premier. Why has the Premier singled out cuts to HIV services? What does the Premier have against people who are HIV positive?
Members interjecting:
The Hon. J.A.W. GARDNER: Point of order, sir: standing order 97 doesn't allow that sort of statement to be made.
The SPEAKER: Yes, I uphold that point of order, and the member for Kaurna knows better. I will move to the government and I will come back to the opposition.
Members interjecting:
The SPEAKER: The member for Waite is waiting patiently.
