VLAHOS (Taylor—Minister for Disabilities, Minister for Mental Health and Substance Abuse) (14:49): Since I have been the minister, and as a parliamentary secretary, I have taken a number of steps to ensure that this state has a plan about mental health services moving forward. As I have outlined, the Mental Health Commission was part of the steps in the right direction, and we are currently awaiting that strategic plan.
