VLAHOS (Taylor—Minister for Disabilities, Minister for Mental Health and Substance Abuse) (15:21): As I said previously, and I repeat again, there has been a ministerial statement on this matter put before the house today and I will act on the recommendations of the report, which are due in a few days' time at the end of this month.
