The DEPUTY SPEAKER: As I left the room the member for Davenport was on two warnings, and I dare say I did not hear his voice just then. At this moment, I might take the opportunity to recognise our visitors in the gallery this afternoon, Mr Som Parkash, who is a member of the Legislative Assembly in Punjab, India.
