SNELLING (Playford—Minister for Health, Minister for the Arts, Minister for Health Industries) (14:53): Because the builder has a contract with SA Health Partnerships to complete the building in a timely manner. If they were to in any way slow down or frustrate technical completion, then SA Health Partnerships, I presume, would take action against them.
