Ms CHAPMAN (Bragg—Deputy Leader of the Opposition) (14:31): If I might just ask a supplementary then to the Treasurer: given that in the last few days the Attorney has said in response to that question, 'Ask the Minister for Transport,' and the Minister for Transport hasn't answered and you said only two days ago to ask the Minister for Transport and Infrastructure, can he identify who is responsible for this project in the government?
The Hon. A. KOUTSANTONIS (West Torrens—Treasurer, Minister for Finance, Minister for State Development, Minister for Mineral Resources and Energy, Minister for Small Business) (14:31): There is no project. The government entered into arrangements to seek an expression of interest from the market. The offers were unsatisfactory for the government, and the government decided not to proceed. I want to get an accurate answer to the opposition; I don't want the opposition in any way misled. It is often very important to get very simple answers to the opposition so we will get a detailed response, and I'll try and get it to you as fast as I can.
