Mr MARSHALL (Dunstan—Leader of the Opposition) (14:08): Given that, as part of this contract, the federal government turned over this commonwealth land to South Australia, are there any consequences for returning that land to federal ownership in getting out of this contract?

SNELLING (Playford—Minister for Health, Minister for Mental Health and Substance Abuse, Minister for the Arts, Minister for Health Industries) (14:08): No, there is not, and I understand in every other state when the repatriation hospitals were closed they were sold off to private business.
