SA Water

Mr WILLIAMS (MacKillop) (15:10): My question is to the Treasurer. Does the government have any intention to alter the financial arrangements between the government and SA Water?

KOUTSANTONIS (West Torrens—Treasurer, Minister for Finance, Minister for State Development, Minister for Mineral Resources and Energy, Minister for Small Business) (15:10): I don't really understand what information the member for MacKillop is attempting to seek, so perhaps he could provide the house with an explanation to his question.
