381 The Hon. I.F. EVANS (Davenport) (15 November 2011) (First Session). Does the 'employing authority' known as DECS represent—
(a) the employer in the Industrial Courts;
(b) the employer in the Workers Compensation Tribunal; and
(c) the employer in the Teachers Award?
