Mr TRELOAR: Thank you, Madam Speaker. My question is to the Minister for Tourism. Minister, how do you expect a tourism operator in Coober Pedy to absorb a more than doubling of his annual electricity bill from $320,000 to $700,000 following the government's changes to electricity tariffs?

RAU (Enfield—Deputy Premier, Attorney-General, Minister for Justice, Minister for Urban Development and Planning, Minister for Tourism, Minister for Food Marketing) (15:02): The question is directed towards an increase in the cost of electricity. We need to bear in mind that the reason for the increase in electricity costs probably has a great deal to do with the fact that our assets were sold some years ago by your colleagues, and—
