MEMBER'S REMARKS
The Hon. M.J. ATKINSON (Croydon—Attorney-General, Minister for Justice, Minister for Multicultural Affairs) (16:05): I seek leave to make a personal explanation.
Leave granted.
The Hon. M.J. ATKINSON: During debate on the serious and organised crime bill I took what I think was a bogus point of order on the Leader of the Opposition and I interpreted him as saying that the victim of the shooting at Paskeville was a former bikie. Reference to the Hansard rushed proofs shows that no such implication could be taken, and I withdraw and apologise to the Leader of the Opposition.
