The Hon. T.A. FRANKS (15:28): Supplementary: is the minister considering changes to the Associations Incorporation Act, which is a state law that would govern some of these concerns?

That act is committed to my colleague the Minister for Consumer and Business Affairs, the Hon. Andrea Michaels. I am not aware of any changes that are afoot at the moment specifically in relation to these issues.
