Tomato Brown Rugose Fruit Virus

The Hon. N.J. CENTOFANTI (Leader of the Opposition) (14:42): My question is to the Minister for Primary Industries and Regional Development on the topic of the tomato brown rugose fruit virus. Does the minister have the powers to use ministerial discretion for compensation for growers and businesses subject to quarantine orders; and, if so, will she use them?
