MAHER (Minister for Aboriginal Affairs, Attorney-General, Minister for Industrial Relations and Public Sector) (15:05): Yes, I would suspect that that would be the case given I am aware that it is well developed in terms of consultations. I think it would be a reasonable expectation to see a bill this year. I don't want to commit absolutely given sometimes things can be more complicated than they first appear, but I don't think that would be an unreasonable expectation given that we are well developed in the consultation process, and particularly with Western Australia.
