MAHER (Minister for Aboriginal Affairs, Attorney-General, Minister for Industrial Relations and Public Sector) (14:38): I think I understand the question, but any increased funding that would be needed over and above what South Australia already provides in terms of visitors to places of detention to meet the optional protocol that the commonwealth signed up to is required from the commonwealth, as all other states have requested and have set down.
