The Auditor-General's interim audit of the Department for Health and Wellbeing's procurement and contract management, identified five contracts that were not executed before the contract commencement date from across four large SA Health panel arrangements (all selected on a sample basis) as follows:

Patient services panel agreement

IV access devices and administration consumables panel

Airway management and oxygen consumables

Sterile procedure packs.
