J.M.A. LENSINK (Minister for Human Services) (14:40): It's a bit of a long bow, because I think the honourable member would be going to matters that would have taken place prior to me becoming minister. There are not that many coronial reports that I have received where there has been something of this nature. I think he is asking me to do a review of every coronial matter that the department is made aware of.
