PANGALLO (14:52): Can the minister clarify for us, because he has mentioned it so many times in this debate, that MIT is the number one university in the world, when in actual fact Harvard and Stanford are considered one and two? Just for the record, because you keep saying it is the number one university in the world when clearly it isn't.
