The Hon. I.K. HUNTER (15:07): Mr President, I think the question was, essentially, if the Liberals have a plan, as outlined by Mr McBride, why doesn't the health minister know about it and why can't he report on it to the council?

The Hon. S.G. WADE (Minister for Health and Wellbeing) (15:07): The fact of the matter is that the commitments that we made at this election were for four years. We will continue to develop our services throughout country South Australia over the next four years. To be frank, undoing the damage of 16 years of Labor mismanagement is not like flicking a switch.
