The Hon. S.G. WADE (14:36): On a supplementary question: I was wondering if the minister wanted to address the issue of what recommendations from the Frost and Sullivan review have been implemented?

I am happy to take that away and go through the recommendations from that review to look at how the program going forward—post the Frost and Sullivan review—was altered or tweaked to make sure it is giving us the biggest bang for buck and state taxpayers as efficient and effective a program as possible.
